Sarasota Locals
We are constantly amazed and delighted to meet such a variety of wonderful people here in town. So many passionate folk and  thriving creative businesses! I feel the need to share some of the people we admire.

Casey Stephenson is a photo stylist with the best eye for detail. Her instagram -@caseypins - is beautiful. I LOVE her interior styling! She is a huge fan of Lido Beach House too and mentioned us in her Domino Magazine article.
Our friend Stephen Mcfadden did a cute video of her - Click HERE to watch. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zgOAJgp8lOU

Farmer's Market
Wander through the downtown market on Saturday mornings, or the Rosemary District one on Thursday evening ( or indeed the ones at Phillippi Creek and in Newtown ) and you will see snapshots of this community. I have the honor of shooting a lot of them for Edible Sarasota MagazineThe Grove Ladder Farm produces chickens, ducks and eggs. All delicious. Tim is one of the most handsome people at the market! Read about this adorable family HERE.

Another Tim is the sea salt harvester from Sea Salt Florida. Try salt taken from the sands of Lido, Siesta, Casey Key and Venice! Java Dawg is a red London bus that is the only place to sit for a coffee and people watch. Schapps bagels are just like they were in New York!

One of the greatest shoots I did recently was at the house of the wonderful Moroccan chef Dylan Elhajoui. It was easy to style using  their huge colliection of Moroccan props, and the energy and musical talents of their 4 children made the "dinner party" a roaring success. Dylan is currently the chef at Shore Diner which is on St. Armand's Circle. To read the article about him in Edible Magazine click HERE
